Knowing about someone isn't the same as feeling what it's like to be them. And the gap between those two things is where care gets missed, products get designed badly, and people stop feeling seen.

I use creativity to close that gap.

In my workshops, your team doesn't just learn about the people they serve. They feel it: the self-doubt, the blank page, the not knowing where to start. For most participants, it's as close as they'll come to being on the other side.

At the end of the session, they get to put the brush down but the people they serve don't. That's the shift: your team leaves designing, caring, and communicating from the inside of the experience, not the outside.
