The world wasn't built for neurodivergent women.
I'm changing that from the inside.
I'm Emily.
Neurodivergent founder, changemaker, mother of two girls.
I build inclusion programmes and creative spaces for organisations who want to treat difference as an asset not just an adjustment.
Creativity recreates that feeling: the self-doubt, the blank page, the not knowing where to start. For most participants, this is as close as they'll come to it.
The difference is that at the end of the session, participants get to put the brush down. Neurodivergent people don't. They leave understanding neurodivergence as a difference and a strength. Not as a deficit that it's so often reduced to.
You can read about neurodivergence and learn the terms.
But you can't feel it from a slide.
“Emily made us feel incredibly comfortable — and shaped something that feels fresh but recognisable.”
