‘Where We Wandered, 10’ is one of 11 abstract botanical studies, painted from the landscapes my young daughters' footsteps crossed this summer. Each traces a place we visited, but beneath the colour, they are studies of how motherhood feels: tender, exhausting, full of wonder.

‘Walking By’ captures a fleeting glimpse of trees over water, a view caught mid-step passing through. Loose, gestural marks in green and deep blue hold onto that sense of passing through a landscape, just like memories travel with us and form in motion.
